Screen Installation

We install the screens at the school. To ensure the installation goes quickly and smoothly, we need you to prepare electricity, network, and some information in advance. Most things you can easily handle yourself, often just by coordinating with the janitor and the network administrator.

You can print or forward this section to colleagues: the janitor, network administrator, and school management.

Pre-installation Checklist

At every location where a screen will be installed:

1. One working electrical outlet. We will split the power supply between the TV and the player ourselves.
2. One working network socket (RJ45) with internet connection. Wi-Fi is only possible by arrangement with us.
3. Both connections must be plugged in and tested before we arrive.

For the entire school:

4. Photos of the locations where you want to hang the screens sent to us in advance.
5. The network administrator has prepared the network according to the Network Requirements: a fixed IP address (DHCP reservation) for each TV and allowed outgoing connections.
6. If the school does not use DHCP, please send us the IP address, mask, gateway, and DNS for each device in advance.
7. Agreed date and a person who will let us into the school (ideally the janitor or technician).
